So, now we are talking about upside surprises. I thought we were talking about yr/yr EPS growth, i.e. consensus earnings estimates.

DELL beat "Consensous Earnings Estimates" by 5%, (44 vs 42) the lowest in the last 6 quarters that I have information for.

Can't keep up if you keep changing the subject.

JP, Could it be that the anal-ists have gotten to know DELL better and are able to peg the estimates closer to actual and thereby reduce the surprise %??????Please do something about your spelling. Your carelessness is this area diminishes you!!!!

It only shows that those analysts are getting smarter so that their estimates are getting more accurate. (after all these years, they finally learn something from DELL)
