Would you give me some advise.

Where can i find internetsite for german stocks, news
and info. Is there anything like yahoo or silicon investor.
Seems that Germany is going to benefit
euro and all these Mercedes-Chrysler deals etc.

Are there any interesting high-tech companies in Frankfurt bourse?
execept Mannesmann and SAP and Siemens, which is only small part high-tech ?

Just get my out last pence sndk and ready and willing to convert till euro-currency. Danke ihnen.

There is something deeply wrong with sndk, i'm afraid.
This is not the usual cat-and- mouse play which mm's and smallinvestors are used to play.

Jerome, I found Cindy friendly and open when we spoke. Unfortunately, I think you might have asked more analytical questions than I did. The only other areas we discussed were 1) the Lexar suit (where she told me that Lexar had rejected SNDK's licensing offers thus far); 2) the upcoming 60MB flash card product, which at the right price point I would hope would take some further steam out of "Clik", (she didn't seem to know very much about Clik) and 3) the drop-in digital film for conventional camera issue (again, she had only just read about the product and couldn't comment on any competitive threat it might present).

What I failed to ask Cindy about was the price/margin pressures they might be feeling on flash, and the latest Kodak release on their newest digital cameras which mention something like "Kodak Digital Science" 8MB memory (paraphrased?) -- do you know if that is SanDisk product?

Until today I maintained a stiff upper lip about SNDK's stock price behavior given the bright "future". Now I simply feel like a fool for sticking by my entire position in the stock and never selling a share. I congratulate you for taking more aggressive advantage of the stock's rise and fall with options. Wish I'd done more of the same. Now I'm left just licking the wounds.

Regards,

Chris

Jerome -

LEGAL ADVICE

1. Can someone please post the name of a couple of lawyers who have dealt with class actions in Silicon Valley. I have seen articles on some quite succesful cases for the shareholders.

2. Who ever else is interested in getting some advice pls post here. This might be the beginnig of the first SI organised class action.

3. There is no point in referring anything else to nice Cindy or anyone else at the company. Nice Cindy doesn't even appear to know who the competition is or their products. Lets get nice lawyer to write to nice Cindy and then we might start getting some real information.

4. I know at this stage this is like expecting prayers to be answered but how about the company making a some kind of postitive noise if there is anything postive to b noisy about?
