The trend of estimates looks to me to be falling. Perhaps they are listening to Intel mgt and not you. SEMIHH, re: Earnings and Microma With 38 analysts tracking/forecasting Intel I find the consensus is usually pretty close this late in the period. Could probably go either way a few pennies, but it's already ratcheted down from $1.05 to $0.70 over the past six months. Also, the analysts have consistently lowered all forecasts for the past six months, ie: on 10/13/97 FY'98 est was $4.69, now it's $3.18. Same with FY'99, ($5.30 to $3.88). As for the Microma watches, I still have two, (one my fifth anniversary watch from Intel). Nice keepsakes.
