Annual report:

This is the saddest report I've ever read. It's a genuine first: I've never actually seen a "going concern" proviso before. The lawsuit seems to be going the wrong way -- the company should be suing the people responsible for this unconscionably bad performance. The worst part of it is that we were warned -- read the early posts on this thread. They were right on the mark.

What do I think of the "recovery plan"? It's motherhood. I suppose he deserves credit for knowing what words to say, but that ain't exactly rocket science. How, specifically, do they intend to get there? With no cash, fewer assets all the time, no credibility, and not a hope of raising equity capital?

Wind this puppy up before they fritter away the rest of the value.

Hello Brian
I haven't received a copy of the annual report yet. Sounds good but how does he plan to do it?
