I think this "transfer" is analagous to changing "Wilbur Wrights" office door nameplate to "Orville Wright". Perhaps this change was necessary to bring the co. public. Regardless, the product still is going to be marketed and employed by TPII and other firms. So there is no exclusivity, so what ? There is more than enough of a market for everyone. If TPII does use Vertex, great. If not, its already getting contracts and applying Y2k implementation and tools now.
