I'm not sure what the Panasonic deal has to do with Zulu-tek.

There ain't no merger (yet) and, as somebody else suggested, I don't see much sense in a laptop/internet advertising merger in the first place.

ZULU wants the NASDAQ listing.

ESVS wants to keep the NASDAQ listing.

Laptop products are an inconvenience for ZULU, as is internet advertising an inconvenience for ESVS, because neither one will be able to explain what the hell one has to do with the other.

Yea, yea, ESVS will get a deal on advertising, and ZULU will have something to advertise. Like with SIM and Ziff-Davis, only a lot smaller.
