I think the point is that Larry is saying Windows in one sentance and Browser in another. People accept Windows. (cripes.)

Again, it's not a cost of acquisition issue.

If PCs go down to $300 you still have huge costs for software installation and maintenance and tech support.

That lowly tech that comes to troubleshoot your computer probably makes a lot mnore than you do.

So what if you're wearing a suit and he's got jeans and a T-shirt!

His job is ultimately more important and your company is willing to pay through the nose for his services.
