Pat, I was watching TXN yesterday also. Almost bought at 56-57... Didn't though, because (I'm NOT good at this) looking @ charts, I couldn't see that TXN had any clear direction... That plus Indonesia plus overall market tops plus... weakness in tech sector plus... (Now, watch me be wrong at this...) I decided that TXN was more likely to go down some more before it reversed course. Even an up day today doesn't establish a trend. Remember, it wasn't that long ago that TXN sank like a stone from @70 to @40... on much of the same conditions (international turmoil, attacks on earnings projections in tech sector, interest rate worries, etc.). My opinion, only, of course.

I added at 56 late yest also.

55 1/2 a decent support level; goes back quite a ways; and liked the mini-bounce off that number mid-aft. Or at least that's what I told myself when I pushed the button for another 2400. Yikes.
