DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 20, 1998--uniView Technologies Corp.
(NASDAQ:UVEW) has signed an agreement to acquire Dallas-based Video
Management, Inc. (VMI), and its wholly owned subsidiaries, an
innovator in network integration, technical support and consulting.
The acquisition, to be completed before June 15, will be a stock
for stock transaction. This new addition supports uniView
Technologies' strategic business plan to deliver interactive solutions
to niche businesses through a variety of platforms, including the
integration of networks.
"VMI brings a valuable addition to our networking and consulting
expertise, as well as strong existing revenue stream," said Patrick A.
Custer, president and CEO of uniView Technologies. "The acquisition of
VMI allows us to meet the growing demand for interactive solutions in

VMI has offices in four Southwestern cities.
With the acquisition, uniView also will be able to utilize VMI's
consulting and network expertise to integrate set top box solutions

the system elements that will best fit the requirements. The

Looks like it is really falling off now. I might actually be able to do the buy-back by the end of the day... tomorrow at the latest.

Then we sit around for a spell waiting for a spike to $2 and dump again for yet another small profit! That's how it's done...
