>>a new Colorado corporation entitled Aggression Sports, Inc.<<

Pugs, Aggression Sports is a NEW company. It is not the renaming of some Planet Sports company. Further, Aggression Sports is not "merging" into Travis but, instead, Travis becomes a partial investor in Aggression and Travis must come up with $100k before it even has majority ownership in Aggression. This is not a (large) private company reverse merging with a (small) public company. It is a different script Pugs....better read it.

I sold because I don't think the new script will yield much in the near term.

Pugs,

I've done some further research (DD) and have been comparing yesterday's release with the release dated 6 February. It does appear that "Aggression Sports" may be the same animal as "Planet Sports" therefore, yes, it could have been a name change in this case.

Beyond that, the script gets very different and not just because of Next Level's change of heart (10 March).

Both Aggression Sports and Planet Sports appear to have been "recently formed" to acquire companies in the "extreme and adrenaline outdoor sports industry." But, neither Aggression nor Planet were/are existing "large" private companies.

In the February release, Planet Sports (whatever its size) was simply going to reverse merge into Travis Industries to become a public company, the name of Travis was going to be changed to Planet Sports.

In the May release, Aggression Sports will be an independent company that Travis will have an equity interest in.....initially a minority interest. The other interest holder is Boulder Sports, owned by (you guessed it), Raabe and Boethling. There is no indication in the recent 8K or press release that any name change will take place. The "mother" company will remain Travis.

There are many other somewhat complicated provisions in the 8K and the press release that provide many protections (and shares) to Raabe and Boethling. These need to be read carefully. There is also a rather vague "look-back" provision designed to ensure the transaction is "ultimately fair to Travis' shareholders."

I've already told you that my reason for selling was that I was not impressed with the 8K/press release..........now it's your turn (twice over) to answer my question about why you continue to believe (and therefore posted) that this was a reverse merger between a large private company (Planet Sports) and a small public company (Travis Industries). Is this what you believe or is it just your attempt at hype?

It's your turn Pugs.....now answer my question.
