Ok, I am slow this morning but will the Edge numbers be in the K or the next Q. My brain is fried........But if they are in end of year numbers James Look awefully good.

Hi Lou, I was using the 12 months consolidated numbers from the 8-k filed on Edge for the 1998 numbers. As you pointed out we do not know whether we will actually see any of these numbers reflected in the 10-K coming up, but I figure regardless of when they actually show up on paper, Edge and those new revenues are now a part of DCI for my purposes of comparison. As to the possible synergies with Edge that might reduce costs, will sure be interesting to see on that front. (G) James
