Micny,

I think you can appreciate how huge this agreement is. I do have one question, do you think this is why they brought in the Banc One exec? I think the joint venture is going to be based in Ohio (where the Banc one exec lives), I base this on the proposed explosive CF employee growth that is projected for the new CF building.
