Mr Tang, your comment about the Yahoo board's posts do not move the stock should include this forum. I seriously doubt that this board has significant influence on the trading of CCUR, regardless of what some might think.

Mr Allen's post's premise was that the dilution is not as large an issue if the company's sales are increasing in a dramatic fashion. If you would like to discuss profit margins and how they relate to EPS and future expectations, I think you can do a better job of articulating your view. <vbg>

Of course dilution of any form directly reduces EPS by the % of shares issued (see prior post by Goodboy), this statement does NOT need to be made (it should be understood by any investor).

FWIW, I added some additional CCUR shares to my port today.

Re: Warrants dilution

I don't think the the warrant dilution becomes factored in until the stock has reached the exercise price. That has always been my understanding of those situations.
