Are 7 shares of DTEC still equal to 1 share of PHOX? If so, DTEC at .04 - .065 looks like a bargain.

Okay, guys....I moved the market today....bought 40k shares... 5k@$.065, 10k@$.07, and 35k@$.08. Just a learning point I'd like to share: Last time I purchased 40k at a limit price... This time I placed a market order...not so smart...lost a few hundred dollars in the trade(assuming that I could have eventually gathered up the requested amount at a limit price...aon, etc...) Anyway, I figure it's still okay at $.08, as the conversion with the present PHOX is still over $.10...if it ever converts. And anyway, despite all the large numbers of shares I possess...it's still peanuts in the greenback dimension. And just imagine if we were to ever reach $.50!!! Good luck to all...and please post any news you run across!!!!! Fred
