"K" ref yours "...India is a remakable phenomenon in this world, we may not be rich but we are the epitome of multi culturalism, something which is merely an idea among academics and pols in the US."

Well let's see... does this stand the test of sunlight this idea?

I seriously wonder why there are a million persons of Indian origin living in the US...since multiculturalism is merely an idea among academics and pols in the US to quote you. Perhaps you are a figment of my imagination. Better yet how many Americans of Wasp origins have immigrated to India. I know one. One against a million.

In fact the richest ethnic group in America - read communal group - are in fact people of Indian origins. I guess I made that number up as well.

As long as Indians consider themselves aggreived they will act foolishly. I don't know why the Indian middle class is such a poor mouth down at heels whinning group of wannabe's. India has produced great cultures, great languages, great philosophies, even great cuisines and music... let alone poetry. India has produced great soldiers, great statesmen, great scientists. I can't see the reason why Indian's feel aggreived except they aren't rich and prosperous ...like perhaps the Bombay movies seem to inexorably and remorselessly promote. Maybe you are just a victim of visions of material of Mumbai comfort with lots of hair grease. Maybe Indians are just greasy people and they should go more for that blow dry look.

In any event do you have a hump? Like the hunch back of Notre Dame? If I may take the liberty of quoting you,"...unlike the CCCP Indians just do not see one oppressor and many oppressed". Who is oppressing you "K"? I hope they aren't people who let you come here to college, get a green card, and then pay you probably much more than you are worth?

Tell me how much you'd make in India doing what you do here?

With best wishes-

Your thinking is flawed.
