Wouldn't the tip off in the ER be the "pup tent" around the lower abdominal region or the fact that the ambulance drivers had a tough time closing the rear doors after the patient was loaded into the wagon.

It should be assumed that the chances are better than 50/50 if the patient is over 60 and has an erection it was artificially stimulated.

I hope the senior citizens don't take offense to these jokes but I couldn't resist.

GO PFE!!!!!!!!!

Justin<<<Short of tattooing a blue 'V' on your Viagra patients' foreheads,
what be done to prevent the inadvertent administering of nitro in
emergency situations?>>>>

that is actually a very good question. I think the most important thing to be done is educating the patient to how important it is to tell anyone who is taking care of you that you have recently taken viagra. Most patients who are being treated for cardiac reasons can give a quick summary of what is happening and what they have recently taken. It is important for them to overcome any emberassment they might have. I think this will happen with all the press viagra is recieving which is a very good thing.
