Did you see the big block sells today? I saw 2 10k's and a 14.1 k.

The neat thing was the bid only came down on the 14.1k and then only .01. It could be the mm's are trying to get and hold some cheap shares.

Freddie,

I can't believe you think ARIF is innocent in this whole mess. He is the CEO with the largest individual holdings. Let me ask you how many shares you own of Firamada as an outsider. Now ask yourself if you pay attention to this and your other investments. Now ask yourself would you pay attention just as much or more if you were an insider, responsible for the company's operations, and owned 30 Million shares!

Ponder that. This is not an attack just a dose of reality.

Kevin

Freddie, why do you believe the CEO, Arif had no idea this nonsense was going on? What do you really know about him and his day to day involvement as CEO?

The thread is looking at the company with new eyes. 2 weeks ago, basic questions and points brought out were quickly dismissed, posters quickly saying go away, ... the new eyes should look for information and get it backed up. Ira could not have been running on his own as some want to believe. Be careful, this may turn out for the best, but I see no difference from the day before yesterday.

Who has called the competitors of Myriad to learn more about the history of the company, the size, players,...? They probably can answer questions regarding the purchase price, value of the company, and hopefully will express why they chose not to acquire it if they looked at it. I recommend this to be an area looked at.
