Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't ARIF say that there was 70 million 28 million in the float and the rest were restricted. And that he owned most of the restricted stock. This could be a very good thing yes???

Not taken as an attack. Maybe Ira snowballed him, also. What are the functions of a CEO? If we define Arif's role with the company, maybe, we can get a clearer picture of what duties he actually does. Ira seemed to be the swindler, I mean, deal-maker of the company. Arif seems to be concerned with the actual operations of the company. Obviously, Arif knew the O/S shares of the company. But he never was on the CC's, so, maybe he didn't realize what Ira was actually saying. Is Arif gullible? Maybe. I don't know the answer. Maybe Arif didn't concern himself with the financial end and concentrated on operations. We don't know that either. Is he completely innocent of this mess ? Of course not. It's his company. Maybe he trusted the wrong people. Could happen. We're all just trying to figure out who to believe.
