David: I think it is good. I doubt he would want to do anything to mess up his own investment. I am very impressed with what I've heard from Arif. You can tell that he was a bit nervous. It does not appear that he was groomed as a flamboyant corporate CEO. I like that quality about him. He does seem knowledgeable about the business however. He and Ira took a few chances and it did not go as planned. Now it's Randy's turn to take a swing at it (golf pun intended). -PsycProf
