Hi Ron,

The roll back is necessary so as to make the float tight. This allows for more shares to be issued at a higher price. The directors, Edgar and Rand who by the way have already sold all of their share holdings in SHF at a nice profit, along with Bob Chase and his lawyer partners, will be issued shares at a very cheap prices ie:$0.
I hope that their new business venture in high tech security identification, ie: thumb print i.d., pans out.
My experience of roll backs is not positive. The price usually has more room to slide downwards.
