Wow. Sure puts a dent into earnings with that kind of a deal. Hopefully after a few successes, the can lessen the venture cap cut.

Ann: Thank you for the useful information about the company. I was particularly interested in the joint-venturing terms. An open question is how the proportion of revenue to the company gets treated, that is, how much gets passed through as net earnings (even for profitable ventures). That will likely determine share value.
