I knew I was going out on a limb, but I learned long ago that making predictions such as yours can ruin your credibility.

When the announcement comes, and it will eventually, you'd better hope that the stock does indeed double instantaneously. I think you've been watching the movement of too many internet stocks. That type of behavior is unprecedented and so far has been virtually confined to internet stocks specifically. I would rather make a forecast that's somewhat conservative and have people be happily surprised than have them disappointed when it falls short. That triggers selling (which would be ironic). The bottom line is that all the variables I mentioned will indeed apply. Now you may be successful in predicting some of those too, which will improve your ability to predict the stock's behavior. What did we get out of the (admittedly much less significant) Bombardier news? Less than one dollar. How much of "held"? None. That's why I was being conservative. That was somewhat of a surprise to me, and I think it was to a lot of others too.

What will I do if you're right? Celebrate. What have I been doing lately? Buying OE whenever it's $5 or below.

Because I have taken a critical opinion of some things OE has done (or not done), and don't agree with your (OE can do no wrong) propaganda program, you've now chosen to engage me as a virtual enemy. I assure you I make a better friend than enemy.
