Rand, edgar-online.com It's not a lot of money, but could be lots of dilution if the stock is very low.

Rand, while I am negative about current events, I have been buying CHIP at these lower levels. Since I am ready to send Montle into a school yard full of kids with guns, I read it as a buy indicator. I have no doubt that this destroyer of companies has some more gimmicks up his sleeve to protect his own interests. Since he has lots of shares, I suspect those won't suffer. I'll just wrap my certs with lead foil so I'm not injured by the radiation. <VBG>
