I have not yet received my proxy documents but I will take a close look at your recommendation to "WITHHOLD AUTHORITY TO VOTE FOR ANY INDIVIDUAL NOMINEE. WRITE NUMBER(S) OF NOMINEE(S) BELOW. 1,3,4,5,6." I am not pleased with this compensation situation either. TKA
