>>>Mr. Hilliou made a point that the shareholder is the one that "He" is responsible too.

Now, we are not naive enough to believe that Hilliou is about to slit his throat to "protect" us shareholders at the expense of the guys that hired him; are we? Reminds me of (acting) baseball commissioner Bud Selig's reassurances to players that he is REALLY looking out for THEIR best interests, and not just the best interest of his colleagues -- the team owners.

I have not yet received my proxy documents but I will take a close look at your recommendation to "WITHHOLD AUTHORITY TO VOTE FOR
ANY INDIVIDUAL NOMINEE. WRITE NUMBER(S) OF NOMINEE(S) BELOW. 1,3,4,5,6."
I am not pleased with this compensation situation either.

Dave: I received my annual report and proxy yesterday. I concur with your recommendation regarding the vote for Board of Directors:

"WITHHOLD AUTHORITY TO VOTE FOR ANY INDIVIDUAL NOMINEE. WRITE NUMBER(S) OF NOMINEE(S) BELOW.

1,3,4,5,6."

Clarification for anybody who won't be getting a proxy, Mr. Hilliou was listed as #2.
