Hi Gary,
As an idea for starting to study some stocks is to see what the folks here on the BB are buying in their AIM accounts. Chances are, if they are averaging down, the stock is well off recent highs. Also, we can assume that the stock has been followed by one or more of the folks here for some time. That should add some depth to any answers you might require about the companies. Hope this helps.
Best regards, Tom

Hi Gary, I don't know what happened to my earlier post, but here goes again!:

You can see the latest 3+ years of my AIMing at VLSI at:
execpc.com

As you will see, this is a pretty large commitment for me. I'm now holding about 10% more shares than at any time in the past. Also note that the cash reserve is almost all spent! I guess this should mean that we're near a market bottom!! :-) (I think that's a corollary of the "I can't be over-drawn, I still have checks left!" theory!)

Best regards and everyone have a great holiday weekend,
Tom
