I was present and I felt that Mr. Lunny did a fantastic job. Not only that I have no doubt, not one bit that Trooper will succeed in this case. (Proof is in the buying). <What are your feelings as far "how it went" rather that the play-by-play ?> I feel that this part of the contempt process was with out question in Troopers favor, please note its not all over. But I'm am quite sure that this New affidavit will be found just as contradicting as Mr. Cumming. (Wait till the transcripts are available, this will really help you to understand what happened) Make sure Glen at Trooper faxes it to you. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
