I noticed the employment update, too. It's hard to say for sure, since it could reflect turnover rather than new hires, but it sounds like good news to me. Usually, you need to hire when you grow; if OE's growing its business enough to necessitate new engineering hires, I'm happy.

On another subject, I suspect the reaction to announcements will continue to be moderated, since OE trades on the NYSE. It's a lot harder to 'run' a stock on a Big Board specialist than on NASDAQ market makers. I credit OE's muted jump on the Bombardier news to the good work of the specialist; another announcement likely will follow a similar pattern: comparatively muted spike, then a slow drift to a stable price, at least until OE trades on earnings and dividends, rather than hopes and expectations.

Yeah, I noticed that when Yahoo pointed it out.

I liked the Chinese emphasis on the motorcycle position.... huge market. And there was good emphasis towards 4 stroke, the mother of all the markets.

I continue to be perplexed that more people have not acknowledged OE's DI to be superior.
