Well you, JM and Lisa have done a great job in keeping things going. I am going to have to be rather inactive today while I do the mortgage application thing and so on. I was on the phone all of yesterday dealing with the agent, sellers -- and offers and counters--really a lot easier trading futures. Anyway got a ratified contract at 6pm EST -- after I set 6:30 as the deadline at which point the seller was told that my counter would be rescinded. Lisa--the profits on futures had better keep coming, if I am to be able to service the mortgage If I don't talk to you again today have a great weekend
