It shouldnt be grey at all,...it should be crystal clear..
if the stock went up to 66 1/2 offered, how could there have been stock ahead? Stock ahead if there were 5 offers at 66 his was last of 6 and they chewed through 5 but never went higher than 66 offered.
Here, offered moved higher and it should never without his being filled.

If he had done that trade at our firm, and we weren't working the order, and he didnt request that his offer not be displayed, I would have had to make him good on it.
