tonyt, ON TOPIC Lilly has filed a 13D with the SEC today which extends the date on which LGND can ask them to buy $20 million of LGND stock at a 20% premium to the then market price & also choose to receive an extra 1 1/2% royalty on LGND's choice of Targretin, compound 268, or compound 324, until 1/31/99. Lilly also agreed re the 63,000 + shares it might receive if the SRGN deal goes through & LGND pays the extra $0.23 cents as a milestone payment 6 months after the merger, that these shares received by Lilly would be subject to the same lockup provisions as those initially transferred to Lilly last fall.
P.S. I miss all the correspondence we used to encounter on this thread.

Tony, OFF TOPIC >> I have my finger on the button << You no tell on me, I no tell on you.
But seriously, do you think that fingering the button enables a quicker response?
And how soon before the desired outcome, do you initiate the process?
Any recommendation with regard to the degree of pressure, the duration of pressure, or the variability thereof, before ignition?
Is there any correlation between these technical adjustments and the degree of your interest in the target?
Since I believe learning is a lifelong process, your contributions to this area of special interest to me will be appreciated.
