Having posted the above, then seeing the press release, I do have to say that the new pres. is taking the bull by the horns. Good luck, Randy! Guess you aren't just a drowsy golf slouch after all.

John, excellent post.

I can't figure out why Arif failed to correct the Ira claim of the outstanding share count as "46,47,48 million" in a CC a few weeks ago.

Unless the CEO didn't know the share count. Pretty sad.

With 28 million float (24? Arif already reversing himself?), I'm wondering what the odds are that every single shareholder who has owned stock in this company will avoid filing lawsuits over being given false information.

Probably about the same as winning Powerball.

In your future earnings projections, kids, leave a large chunk for legal expenses.

My only problem with this whole thing is that Arif is holding most of
the newly issued shares... doesn't this bother anyone? Of the 50MM
additional shares he must have received a ton of them... it doesn't
sound to me like Ira is the crook, or if he is he at least didn't end
up with the shares. The only person who screwed up MY shareholder
value is Arif who sat printing shares for himself without any
accountability.

I took a loss today and bailed. I don't trust these people at all.
Maybe the new president can make changes but I think Arif needs to
answer for this!
