BOP buying also surged. MoneyStream also offers a positive divergence over the past week or so. (Check this on a daily chart.) Bullish as all this may be, it signifies nothing more than a likely rally. A logical objective would be the 40-day moving average, now at about 36 (check the weekly chart). That could very well be the maximum extent of it, although that depends on how things develop. In the meantime, we think the odds favor a tradable rally.
