No News. Price Drop. Is Conese pulling out? That is the only thing I can think of that would cause the precipitous drop.

NT 10-Q filed yesterday (notification that 10-Q will be submitted late: after 45 days from the end of the quarter). They probably need more time for the accountants to figure up all the cumulative writeoffs from their software division (seem to be having a hard time in finding possible suitors in unloading these entities).
