OB,
I wish FAMH had issued about 6 million shares to buy three companies (including Myriad) and borrowed cash without issuing lots of stock.

The share count would be 30 millions shares with debt to be repaid from continuing operations.

I don't know how or why we got to 70 million shares! If the difference is generated by a loan program priced at 0.30 to 0.40 cents a share ... well, eventually, the share price will be stuck at the level!

later, leroyt

Perviously the company claimed NO STOCK was issued for the Myriad deal.
The BS as you call it, was stated to me by the company. Now we can ask
ourselves who we want to trust and who's telling the truth, but if you
look at who is actually holding the shares I think it becomes pretty
apparent who stands to gain from the share issuance and it isn't Ira.
