John, I don't think that the company actually gave stock for the Myriad deal. Ira told me, when I questioned him about the OS increase to 43 million, that some of the shares were used to raise 1 million dollars. That was the cash that was needed to pay the IRS and close the Myriad deal. It was some kind of private placement or something like that.
