Ajay doesn't have a
crystal ball and he could very well have said that smod is experiencing the same thing
everyone else in the industry is experiencing but not to worry the future looks great
and
smod fully expects to be coining money in late 98 and 99.

Andreas,

Well said.

Jeff

He could have followed that with,

but, due to flux in the dram market and new product transition we see reduced revenue in the near term in that part of our business.

I wish Ajay would have left well enough alone and let the stock rise on the earnings news and then came back with the bad news farther down the road. My cost was about 31 1/3, so today I doubled up, to get my ave. cost down. Hope I don't have to hold for 2-3 years to get a profit. :-)

PS: We sure have a lot of Jeff's on this thread.

Jeff

Andreas, good points, let me ask you this.

Do you think the future of SMOD had changed dramatically? If not take advantage of Ajay's mistep and buy more, I did.

I believe SMOD is experiencing weakness as other semi related companies are, so IMO, there is no need for this panic, so take advantage of his mistake and by on weakness...

Caveat Emptor! No one can catch a falling knife and no one can call the bottom.
