To all..... Based on the legal ramification and potential liabilities of today's type of forward looking statements. IMHO, the CEO has made a projection on numbers that are very attainable. Therefore, I would expect them to beat such and may see upward revisions in a month or two. I believe as many of you do, he was attempting to say a transition is in place to new product platforms and sales may be off till completed, just a poor way of doing it. Keep in mind, this company is making money and the projections are not for a loss....still a profit, whereas many companies have projected future losses and their stock has not suffered as SMOD has. The timing for such disappointment is just bad , due to Kurlack's comments and the overall feeling in the market for high tech. Just bad timing...nothing more...nothing less.......Long and thanks to the opportunity, I got longer yesterday. Just one persons observation and opinion.

Regards,
Tom
