marcos....<<unintended side-effects>> You seem to imply that the IMF doesn't have a grasp pn the basic economics of "buy low, sell high". You may not be aware that IMF buddies(Corps.) are cleaning up in Korea, Thailand, et. al. right now by buying up solid companies at 10 cents on the dollar. I suggest you don't follow that old adage as spoken by the Wiazard of Oz when he said, "Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain". <g> Keep your eyes open and watch what they do. The IMF only plays with house money(your tax dollars!). Sort of a "Nothing ventured, a lot gained" philosophy.
