Well, Well, Well,...Are you serious? If you can put your words in the form of a contract, I will produce the evidences you are looking for. When I sold DELL at 95, I did not think it is overvalued. But I knew for certain it was going down thanks to my chart reading skills. So I sold it. Of course, I will buy it back again at dips. BTW, I have three jobs: a professional money manager, a retiree and a saint who not only wants to save your soul but also save your money.
