To The Shareholders Of Airstar Technologies,

There is a game a foot. What the game is, I am not sure. I came
into my office this morning and I find several computers, printers,
files and documentation missing. A police report has been filed as
of this afternoon. There is a problem, but it does not affect the
current operations of Select Switch. If I find out that there is
a serious problem that I can factually prove, I will immediately let
all shareholders know. I personally think that there is more that
should have been done and the lackluster performance this past eight
months bothers me a great deal. I had a deal on the table for
Airstar Technologies that in my mind was beneficial for this company
and could of been lucrative for all shareholders of Airstar Technologies. The deal was blown apart by current management. The
reasons in my mind that the deal did not take place was that
certain individuals would have not be able to achieve their personal
goals. There are other companies that could be brought into play
with Airstar, but my orders are to do nothing. It has been brought
to my attention that Financial Internet Group and IWIC are going to
have their contracts cancelled. Nevertheless, I will do what I deem
is right for the shareholders as long as I am within the rules
and regulations of the SEC.

TJS.

President or CEO, there seems to be a problem with Mr. V.
The way it looks is he is not thinking rational or responsible.

You have to understand, with what ever problem that has developed,
it wouldn't have taken place if there was nothing to fight over. This only shows the potential this company really has and it has something
worth saving. The next question I have is: will the Board of Directors make the judgement call on what direction Airstar will
take OR will the shareholders have the right to voice their vote. Will the shareholders have the right to say whether the company or Select Switch for that matter is to be spun off to someone else or some other company? These are questions that all shareholders should
be thinking about. If Financial Internet Group is taken out of
the picture, who will they contact for information? According to
TJS, he has never been able to contact Dennis Casey and it has
been next to impossible to speak with Joe V., depending on whether
he is in the mood to speak to shareholders. This is another
important question to consider. When Mr. V. can't even get the
filings and financials out in a timely matter, what makes you think
anything will change? Think about it and let me know what your
thoughts and ideas are on how we should proceed.

A Concerned Shareholder.
