I don't understand. People had to sell those puts and, therefore, believed Intel would be above 75. I consider that a bullish sign since the people who sold those naked 75 puts have to cover, or puchase, Intel at 75 if Intel goes lower.

Furthermore, if you are a long term investor, buying puts really does nothing for yourself. Many books on Options trading strongly urge people not to purchase protective puts.
