cbrewerhomes.com developer in Hawaii. The only connection I can think of is that lots of Agricultural land is being redeveloped. My brother in law bought land on Kauai for a macadamia nut farm and moved 2 wks before Hurricane Iniki. He abandoned the idea and built a bed & breakfast and farms hard woods. Either NUT wants the land or CBHI wants NUT's orchards. Interesting. below summary from MS Investor "C. Brewer Homes, Inc. Hawaiian land developer and house builder C.
