I had the same concerns about having a multiple partner equity position... wondered about the possiblity of no near term IPO. My guess is that if someone (or multiples) kicked in the 100-120 mill, then there would not be an immediate need for cash, but at the same time, maybe with EPs would come a faster deployment, and therefore maybe still a need to raise additional cash in the medium term. Another year to wait might not be too bad, especially since our FNET shares will be locked for 2 years anyway.... we are waiting for huge LONG term payoffs anyway... right?

My patience would be definately tested tho! Especially if there weren't an opportunity to sell just a few shares at IPO time to recoup some initial investment. I have plans for some expensive toys and don't want to kick the bucket before I have the chance to buy them!
