If Barrons can figure out that this is not a case but an attempt to redefine the market place the judge will certainly be able to see this as well. There is no case and if they find anything amiss it will be corrected with a pen stroke. I doubt however that they will find anything illegal having been done. The stock will ascend. I love the post referring to the sign in the Computer Store saying "The OS the government doesn't want you to have". They will sell 25 % more than they planned thanks to this government sponsored rollout. JFD
