You're right, the Viagra scientists are literally working on the foreskin of technology, so one should expect some unexpected complications. However, I am confident that these scientists will find some way to circumcise many of the side effects (such as death).

Since you're an M.D., I also wonder why placebos aren't prescribed more often. The placebo seems to cure just about everything from sleep disorder to incontinence for 20-40% of the population, and there are seldom any side effects.

(Now that would be an interesting psychological study: patients who suffer side effects from placebos . . .)

The placebo is THE wonderdrug!
