John: We do not know the amount of the Toshiba settlement and we may never know its full impact on the company assets. I remember the so-called settlement with Siemens and other companies, still we do not know what the settlement was or what has been the impact on the company assets. I am sure if the settlement with Toshiba had been large, the whole world would have known about it, as it was the case with the GE settlement.. For all we know the settlement was nothing more than an agreement to not sue each other, with a small token of appreciation for Fonar for its troubles to bring the suit. Hugo
