According to a post over on Yahoo they still have a single source IBM.

"Hi ladies and gents, here is the scoop. The Oregon fab is so mismanaged that they still can not produce wafers with the 0.25 microns process, namely for the 266 MHz product, that is why Big Blue is making it for them.

Now they don't know what to do with the fab and all those dead weight. The fab is expensive to maintain, but can not make 266 and above products. Now the market does not want any 200 and 180 MHz processors. SRAM price is still depressed. Don't be surprised that IDT will layoff those people in Oregon and sell the fab to reduced some debt.
"

I will call my contact Tues and get the real scoop.
