Bob, Thanks for the information, I knew I read or heard about the SEC investigation somewhere. What significance does the investigation have in relationship to the current IFMX and the new management? If any rules were broken it was by Phil White and his team. You can't arrest the company only the crooks.

I have recently reviewed all of IFMX filings off of the EDGAR database and found no reference to an "investigation." Must be my poor eyesight. If you have the chance, please cite the SEC filing from IFMX (or any other source for that matter) which refers to this ongoing investigation, as I must have missed it.
