My opinions have never been welcome and they have already been expressed. I think that if you read INFOMANS posting you will see that De Beers will only be able to get the prospecting permit now that the court case is over. I doubt wether you would believe the text if I published it. To put you in the picture: The green paper still has to become a white paper which then has to be approved by Parliament. This takes time and normally a lot of change and negotiation.
