brka/b shorts: just a thought: Remember prices are determined by supply/demand it may be that these issues hold up better than the market as BRKA/B holders (including Mr. Buffet who controls a large chunk of the float) are a very loyal crowd. I think for this stocks to tank would take some pretty bad news like Mr. Buffet's health becoming a concern. I wish the guy the best health in the world but the fact is that we do not last forever. Put BRKA/B hefty valuations which indicates future returns even under the best scenario should be below the norm, together with the possibility of Mr. Buffet entering the hospital in the next few years even if it is to take care of a toe nail and then you may justify shorting these stocks long term. In the short term shorting SPY's may be better despite the fact that Buffet's company is flying much higher.
